Text

As used in this section "school district" means any of the following:

(A)A city, local, or exempted village school district;
(B)An educational service center in which the governing board chooses to act as the governing board of the educational service center pursuant to division (D) of section135.01of the Revised Code;
(C)A joint vocational school district other than one governed by a governing board of an educational service center that has appointed the educational service center superintendent to act as treasurer of the joint vocational school district. The boards of education of two or more school districts may, by agreement, jointly employ a treasurer to act as treasurer of each district and compensate him in accordance with the terms of such agreement.
