Text
The board of education of any city, exempted village, local, or joint vocational school district and the governing board of any educational service center may expend funds to obtain one or more motor vehicles, as defined in section4501.01of the Revised Code, by purchase, lease, or lease-purchase. Except as provided in section3327.14of the Revised Code, any motor vehicle so obtained shall be used solely for school purposes.
