(A)This section applies only to a municipal school district in existence on July 1, 2012.
(B)Not later than December 1, 2012, the board of education of each municipal school district to which this section applies shall submit to the director of education and workforce an array of measures to be used in evaluating the performance of the district. The measures shall assess at least overall student achievement, student progress over time, the achievement and progress over time of each of the applicable categories of students described in division (G) of section3302.03of the Revised Code, and college and career readiness.
