Text

This section does not apply to any principal, assistant principal, or other administrator who is employed to perform administrative functions primarily within one school building.

(A)On the effective date of the assumption of control of a municipal school district by the new board of education pursuant to division (B) of section3311.71of the Revised Code, the treasurer, business manager, superintendent, assistant superintendents, and other administrators of the school district shall submit their resignations to the board. As used in this section, "other administrator" has the same meaning as in section3319.02of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding Chapter 3319. of the Revised Code:
