(A)Only for the purpose of administering the Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program, the department of education and workforce may request from any of the following entities the data verification code assigned under division (D)(2) of section3301.0714of the Revised Code to any qualified special education child for whom a scholarship is sought under the program:
(1)The school district in which the child is entitled to attend school;
(2)If applicable, the community school in which the child is enrolled;
(3)The independent contractor engaged to create and maintain data verification codes.
