Text
Any registered private provider approved to participate in the Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program and any of its employees shall be subject to a criminal records check as specified in sections109.57and109.572of the Revised Code. The registered private provider shall submit the results of any records checks to the department of education and workforce. The department shall use the information submitted to enroll the individual for whom a records check is completed in the retained applicant fingerprint database, established under section109.5721of the Revised Code, in the same manner as any teacher licensed under sections3319.22to3319.31of the Revised Code.
