Text
A qualified special education child in any of grades kindergarten through twelve for whom a scholarship is awarded under the Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program shall be counted in the formula ADM of the school district in which the child is entitled to attend school. A qualified special education child shall not be counted in the formula ADM of any other school district.
