Text
As used in this section, "junior reserve officer training corps program" means a junior reserve officer training corps (JROTC) program approved by the congress of the United States under title 10 of the United States Code.
A qualified special education child, as defined in section3310.41of the Revised Code, receiving home education under section3321.042of the Revised Code who participates in a junior reserve officer training corps program maintained by the child's resident school district in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2031f(1) shall not be considered enrolled in that district for purposes of determining eligibility for an autism scholarship under section3310.41of the Revised Code.
