(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, each chartered nonpublic school that is not subject to division (K)(1) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code and enrolls students awarded scholarships under sections3310.01to3310.17of the Revised Code annually shall administer the assessments prescribed by section3301.0710,3301.0712, or3313.619of the Revised Code, as applicable, to each scholarship student enrolled in the school in accordance with section3301.0711of the Revised Code. Each chartered nonpublic school that is subject to this section shall report to the department of education and workforce the results of each assessment administered to each scholarship student under this section.
