(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, each chartered nonpublic school that is not subject to division (K)(1) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code and enrolls students awarded scholarships under sections3310.01to3310.17of the Revised Code annually shall administer the assessments prescribed by section3301.0710,3301.0712, or3313.619of the Revised Code, as applicable, to each scholarship student enrolled in the school in accordance with section3301.0711of the Revised Code. Each chartered nonpublic school that is subject to this section shall report to the department of education and workforce the results of each assessment administered to each scholarship student under this section. (A) Except as provided in division (B) of this section, each chartered nonpublic school that is not subject to division (K)(1) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code and enrolls students awarded scholarships under sections3310.01to3310.17of the Revised Code annually shall administer the assessments prescribed by section3301.0710,3301.0712, or3313.619of the Revised Code, as applicable, to each scholarship student enrolled in the school in accordance with section3301.0711of the Revised Code. Each chartered nonpublic school that is subject to this section shall report to the department of education and workforce the results of each assessment administered to each scholarship student under this section.

Nothing in this section requires a chartered nonpublic school to administer any achievement assessment, except for an Ohio graduation test prescribed by division (B)(1) of section3301.0710or the college and work ready assessment system prescribed by division (B) of section3301.0712of the Revised Code to any student enrolled in the school who is not a scholarship student.

(B) A chartered nonpublic school that meets the conditions specified in division (K)(2) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code shall not be required to administer the elementary assessments prescribed by division (A) of section3301.0710of the Revised Code.
