Text

(A)All elections for employee or retirant members of the school employees retirement board shall be held under the direction of the board in accordance with rules adopted under section3309.075of the Revised Code.
(B)Any member of the school employees retirement system, other than a disability benefit recipient, shall be eligible to be nominated for election as an employee member of the board who has been nominated by a petition that is signed by at least five hundred members and certified in accordance with rules adopted under section3309.075of the Revised Code. The petition shall contain the signatures of not less than twenty members each from at least ten counties wherein such members are employed.
