Text
All vocational rehabilitation services made available under sections3304.11to3304.27of the Revised Code, are made available subject to amendment or repeal of those sections, and no eligible individual with a disability shall have any claim by reason of the eligible individual's vocational rehabilitation services being affected in any way by such an amendment or repeal.
