Data collected in the course of testing under sections3301.079,3301.0710,3301.0711, and3301.0712of the Revised Code shall be used for the sole purpose of measuring and improving the academic progress and needs of students, educators, school districts, and schools. In the course of such testing, no student's or a student's family's social security numbers, religious affiliation, political party affiliation, voting history, or biometric information shall be collected, tracked, housed with, reported to, or shared with any entity, including the federal or state government.
