Text
The department of education and workforce shall begin conducting its duties under this section one year after the effective date of this section.
(A)The department of education and workforce annually shall collect employment and vacancy data for each city, local, exempted village, and joint vocational school district, community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code, and STEM school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code for all of the following:
(1)Teachers;
(2)Related services providers and other providers of specialized services;
(3)Principals and assistant principals;
(4)Paraprofessionals;
(5)Bus drivers;
(6)Any other positions as determined by the department.
