Text
The governor shall appoint a compact commissioner who shall be responsible for administering the state's participation in the interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children, as ratified by section3301.60of the Revised Code. The compact commissioner shall be a state officer within the department of education and workforce and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
