Text
The issuing of any type of educator license designated for teaching in an associate teaching position in a preschool setting pursuant to section3319.22of the Revised Code shall not be construed as requiring any person who does not hold such a license to obtain one in order to be employed as a teacher in a pre-kindergarten program.
