(A)Not later than the thirtieth day of September of each year, the department of education and workforce shall distribute to all public high schools the information provided by the director of job and family services on the online education and career planning tool developed under section6301.15of the Revised Code.
(B)Annually, the department shall survey high school administrators and guidance counselors regarding their use of the online planning tool and provide the results of the survey to the director of job and family services to support future refinements and improvements to the online planning tool. As used in this section, "public high school" means a school that serves students in any of grades nine through twelve and is operated by a school district or a community school esta
