Text
(A)As used in this section, "dropout prevention and recovery community school" has the same meaning as in section3314.02of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in section3301.0710,3301.0711, or3301.0712of the Revised Code, a dropout prevention and recovery community school shall do both of the following with regard to the administration of end-of-course examinations required under section3301.0712of the Revised Code:
(1)In addition to the annual testing windows established by the director of education and workforce under division (C) of section3301.0710of the Revised Code, administer the examinations in an online or paper format based on the needs of the student;
(2)Adhere to security requirements prescribed under section3319.151of the Revised Code for
