Text
Notwithstanding division (D) of section3301.0714of the Revised Code, the department of education and workforce may have access to personally identifiable information about any student under the following circumstances:
(A)An entity with which the department contracts for the scoring of assessments administered under section3301.0711or3301.0712of the Revised Code has notified the department that the student's written response to a question on an assessment included threats or descriptions of harm to another person or the student's self and the information is necessary to enable the department to identify the student for purposes of notifying the school district or school in which the student is enrolled of the potential for harm.
(B)The department requests the information to respond to
