Text

With respect to a case for the establishment or modification of a support requirement that involves complex legal issues requiring full judicial review, the court shall issue a temporary support order within the time limits set forth in section3125.58of the Revised Code. The order shall be in effect until a final support order is issued in the case. All cases in which the imposition of a notice or order under section3121.03of the Revised Code is contested shall be completed within the period of time specified by law for completion of the case. The failure of a court to complete a case within the required period does not affect the ability of any court to issue any order under this section or any other section of the Revised Code for the payment of support, does not provide any defense to a
