Text

The director of job and family services shall adopt rules governing access to, and use and disclosure of, the information described in section3125.50of the Revised Code. The rules shall be consistent with the requirements of Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651, as amended, and any rules adopted under Title IV-D.
