Text

The department of job and family services shall file an action in the court of common pleas of Franklin county, requesting that the court impose the fine described in section3125.47of the Revised Code for failure to provide information as required by section3125.41or3125.42of the Revised Code. If the court determines that a person or entity failed to provide the information, it may impose the fine. The court shall direct that the fine be paid to the department.
