The department of job and family services shall provide annual reviews of and reports to the secretary of health and human services concerning programs operated under Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651, as amended, pursuant to rules adopted under section3125.39of the Revised Code.
