Text

Amounts collected by a collection agent that has a contract with a child support enforcement agency pursuant to section3125.13of the Revised Code shall be paid to the office of child support. The agency shall forward any amounts collected pursuant to sections3123.14and3123.73of the Revised Code to the office no later than one day after receipt of those amounts.
