(A)Notwithstanding any other section of the Revised Code and except as provided in section3125.29of the Revised Code, a child support enforcement agency shall collect and disburse all support amounts under a support order it is administering pursuant to law as it existed prior to January 1, 1998, and shall collect the additional amount imposed under division (G)(1) of section2301.35of the Revised Code as it existed prior to January 1, 1998, until the support order is converted to the automated data processing system under section3125.07of the Revised Code and the office of child support authorizes centralized collection and disbursement of support amounts under the support order pursuant to the rules adopted under section3121.71of the Revised Code.
