Text

(A)Whoever violates section3121.76of the Revised Code shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
(B)An obligor who violates section3121.036or3121.24of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for a first offense, not more than one hundred dollars for a second offense, and not more than five hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.
(C)An employer that violates section3121.39of the Revised Code with respect to a court support order may be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
