Text

(A)The new hire reports filed with the department of job and family services pursuant to section3121.891of the Revised Code shall not be considered public records for purposes of section149.43of the Revised Code. The director of job and family services may adopt rules under section3125.51of the Revised Code governing access to, and use and disclosure of, information contained in the new hire reports.
(B)The department of job and family services may disclose information in the new hire reports to all of the following:
(1)Any child support enforcement agency and any agent under contract with a child support enforcement agency for the purposes listed in division (A) of section3121.898of the Revised Code;
(2)Any county department of job and family services and any agent under contract w
