Text
The department of job and family services shall make comparisons of the social security numbers obtained pursuant to division (A)(1) of section3121.892of the Revised Code and the social security numbers appearing in the case registry maintained pursuant to sections3121.81to3121.86of the Revised Code. Not later than the business day after information is entered into the directory, if the comparison conducted by the department results in a match, the department shall notify the child support enforcement agency administering the support order.
