The case registry shall be maintained as part of the automated system created pursuant to section3125.07of the Revised Code and shall be accessed through the system. The office of child support and each child support enforcement agency shall monitor and update the registry, and each agency shall enter the information described in section3121.82of the Revised Code in the registry in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to section3121.86of the Revised Code.
