Information obtained from a financial institution pursuant to an account information access agreement is not a public record for the purposes of section149.43of the Revised Code. No person or government entity that obtains information concerning an account holder from a financial institution pursuant to an agreement shall disclose the information for purposes other than the establishment, modification, or enforcement of a support order.
