Text

The office of child support in the department of job and family services shall enter into account information access agreements with financial institutions doing business in this state and with financial institutions doing business in other states. The office may join an alliance of states for the purpose of participating in the financial data matching program, as defined in section 666(A)(17) of Title 42 of the United States Code, and entering into agreements with financial institutions doing business in this state. In the case of financial institutions doing business in other states, the office shall enter into an agreement with the federal office of child support enforcement for the purpose of participating in the financial institution data matching program.
