Text
The office of child support may enter into contracts with public entities or private vendors for the collection of amounts due under support orders or for the performance of other administrative duties of the office. The office may contract with a public or private entity for the collection of arrearages owed under any child support order for which a court or a child support enforcement agency has found the obligor in default pursuant to a final and enforceable order issued pursuant to sections3123.01to3123.07of the Revised Code. Each contract shall comply with the rules adopted pursuant to section3121.71of the Revised Code.
