Text
Except as provided in sections3125.27to3125.30of the Revised Code, the office of child support in the department of job and family services shall be the sole agency of the state responsible for the collection of all support payments due under support orders and the disbursement of the payments to obligees. The office shall make collections and disbursements in compliance with section5107.20of the Revised Code and rules adopted pursuant to section3121.71of the Revised Code.
