If a child support enforcement agency sends a notice imposing a withholding or deduction requirement or any other appropriate requirement to a person described in section3121.03of the Revised Code and the payor or financial institution sent the withholding, deduction, or other appropriate notice fails to comply with the notice, the agency shall request that the court issue a court order requiring the payor or financial institution to comply immediately with the notice or be held in contempt of court. If the court issues the order and the payor or financial institution does not immediately comply with the notice, it is in contempt of court.
