(A)As used in this section, "prison," "prison term," and "jail" have the same meanings as in section2929.01of the Revised Code.

(B)Notwithstanding any other section of the Revised Code, including sections5145.16and5147.30of the Revised Code, twenty-five per cent of any money earned pursuant to section5145.16or5147.30of the Revised Code by a prisoner in a prison or jail who has a dependent child receiving assistance under Chapter 5107. of the Revised Code, shall be paid to the state department of job and family services.
