Text

When a court determines, at a hearing conducted under section3121.031of the Revised Code with respect to a court support order being modified, that an obligor is unemployed, is not receiving workers' compensation payments, does not have an account in a financial institution, and has no other source of income and no assets so that the application of division (A), (B), or (C) of section3121.03of the Revised Code would be impracticable, the court shall issue an order as described in division (D)(1) of section3121.03of the Revised Code and shall order the obligor to notify the child support enforcement agency, in writing, immediately of the receipt of any source of income or of the opening of an account in a financial institution, and to include in the notification a description of the nature
