Text
(A)If a child support enforcement agency determines under section3119.953of the Revised Code that there is an existing child support order regarding the child in the care of a caretaker, the agency shall determine if any reason exists for which the child support order should be redirected to the caretaker. If the agency determines that the caretaker is the primary caregiver of the child, the agency shall determine that a reason exists for redirection.
(B)If the agency determines that a reason exists for redirection, the agency also shall determine all of the following:
(1)The amount of each parent's obligation under the existing child support order that may be subject to redirection;
(2)Whether any prior redirection has been terminated under sections3119.9531to3119.9535of the Revise
