The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to provide for both of the following:

(A)Requirements for child support enforcement agencies to conduct investigations and issue findings pursuant to sections3119.955and3119.957of the Revised Code;

(B)Any other standards, forms, or procedures needed to ensure uniform implementation of sections3119.95to3119.9539of the Revised Code. Last updated October 3, 2023 at 5:51 PM
