Text
If, after an investigation under section3119.9527of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency determines that the child who is the subject of the redirection order or recommendation is not under the care of any individual, the agency shall do the following:
(A)Terminate the existing redirection order or request the court to terminate the redirection order based on the recommendation, whichever is applicable;
(B)If the agency becomes aware of circumstances indicating that the child may be abused or neglected, make a report under section2151.421of the Revised Code.
