Text
(A)On receipt of an application for Title IV-D services from the caretaker of a child under section3119.951of the Revised Code, or a Title IV-D services referral regarding the child, the child support enforcement agency shall determine whether the child is the subject of an existing child support order.
(B)If the child is the subject of an existing child support order, the agency shall comply with sections3119.955to3119.9519of the Revised Code.
(C)If the child is not the subject of an existing child support order, the agency shall comply with sections3119.9523and3119.9525of the Revised Code.
