Text

If a child support enforcement agency receives notice that a caretaker is no longer the primary caregiver for a child subject to a redirection order or recommendation issued under section3119.9513of the Revised Code, the agency shall do both of the following:

(A)Investigate whether the caretaker to whom support amounts are redirected under the existing redirection order or recommendation is still the primary caregiver for the child;
