Text
If a child support enforcement agency determines under section3119.953of the Revised Code that the child in the care of the caretaker is not subject to an existing child support order, the agency shall determine, not later than twenty days after its receipt of the Title IV-D services application or referral under section3119.953of the Revised Code, whether any reason exists for which a child support order for the child should be imposed. That determination shall include whether the caretaker is the child's primary caregiver.
