Text
(A)The redirection of a child support order under a redirection order that has become final as provided under section3119.9517of the Revised Code shall take effect as of, and relate back to, the date that the child support enforcement agency received the Title IV-D services application or referral under section3119.953of the Revised Code that initiated the proceedings resulting in the order.
(B)A redirection order under section3119.9517of the Revised Code based on a recommendation for redirection shall take effect as of, and relate back to, the date that the child support enforcement agency received the Title IV-D services application or referral under section3119.953of the Revised Code that initiated the proceedings resulting in the redirection order.
