(A)A parent or caretaker may object to an order issued under section3119.9513of the Revised Code by bringing an action under section2151.231of the Revised Code not later than fourteen days after the notice is issued under division (A)(2) of section3119.9515of the Revised Code. The order shall be final and enforceable if no objection is timely made.
(B)A parent or caretaker may object to a recommendation issued under section3119.9513of the Revised Code by requesting a hearing with the court that has jurisdiction over the court child support order not later than fourteen days after the recommendation is issued under division (A)(3) of section3119.9515of the Revised Code.
