Text
The termination of a child support order by a court or agency also terminates any applicable withholding or deduction notice or other order issued under section3121.03of the Revised Code. With respect to a court child support order, on the termination of any withholding or deduction notice, the court immediately shall notify the appropriate child support enforcement agency that the order or notice has been terminated. If a withholding notice or order is terminated, the agency immediately shall notify each payor or financial institution required to withhold or deduct a sum of money for the payment of support under the order or notice that it has been terminated and that the payor or institution is required to cease all withholding or deduction under the order or notice.
