Text
(A)In calculating a revised amount of child support to be paid under section3119.61or3119.63of the Revised Code, and in redetermining, at an administrative hearing conducted under either of those sections, a revised amount of child support to be paid, the child support enforcement agency shall consider, in addition to all other factors required by law to be considered, the following:
(1)The appropriate person, whether it is the obligor, obligee, or both, to be required to provide health insurance coverage for the children specified in the order;
(2)The cost of health insurance coverage that the obligor, the obligee, or both have been ordered to obtain for the children specified in the order.
