Text
(A)If either parent fails to comply with a request for information made pursuant to section3111.801or division (C) of section3119.60of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency may do either of the following:
(1)Request the court of appropriate jurisdiction of the county in which the agency is located to issue an order requiring the parent to provide the information as requested;
(2)Make any reasonable assumptions necessary with respect to the information the parent did not provide to ensure a fair and equitable review of the child support order or establishment of an administrative order under section3111.81of the Revised Code.
