Text
A court required to schedule and conduct a hearing pursuant to section3119.66of the Revised Code shall give the obligor and the obligee notice that any willful failure to comply with a court order is contempt of court and, on a finding by the court that a person is in contempt of court, the court and the child support enforcement agency will take any action necessary to obtain the information or make any reasonable assumptions necessary with respect to the information the person in contempt of court did not provide to ensure a fair and equitable review of the court child support order.
