Text

A party to a child support order issued in accordance with section3119.30of the Revised Code shall notify any physician, clinical nurse specialist, certified nurse practitioner, hospital, or other provider of medical services that provides medical services to the child who is the subject of the child support order of the number of any health insurance or health care policy, contract, or plan that covers the child if the child is eligible for medicaid. The party shall include in the notice the name and address of the insurer.
