Text

On the filing of a motion described in section3119.46of the Revised Code, the court shall order the child support enforcement agency to conduct an investigation to determine whether satisfactory health insurance coverage for the children is available to the obligor or obligee, both the obligor and obligee, or the obligor and obligee together. Upon completion of its investigation, the agency shall provide to the court, in writing, the information it has obtained through its investigation, including a list of available coverage and the costs of the coverage.
