Text

If a person is found in contempt under Chapter 2705. for failing to comply with a court child support order issued in accordance with section3119.30of the Revised Code and the person previously has been found in contempt under that chapter, the court shall consider the failure to comply with the order as a change in circumstances for the purpose of modification of the amount of support due under the court child support order issued in accordance with section3119.30of the Revised Code to which the person is subject.
